Our clinic and/or therapists are participating providers with many insurance plans, including First Choice, Group Health Alliant Plus/Options, Regence and Uniform. Auto insurance (PIP) and Labor & Industries claims may be accepted.
If you plan to use your insurance coverage, please mention this when you make your appointment. Some insurance plans require a prescription or referral for massage therapy.
