I am a participating provider with many local health insurance plans. Auto insurance (PIP) and Labor & Industries claims may be accepted. Please call to discuss your individual situation.
If you plan to use your insurance coverage, please mention this when you make your appointment. Some insurance plans require a prescription or referral for massage therapy or have other requirements.
