The main entrance doors (on Ninth Avenue NE) are open Monday through Saturday until around 6 p.m. On evenings and Sundays, call up from the intercom outside the entrance 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment to be buzzed in.

Free on-street parking is available within one to two blocks of the building. Parking-metered spots are also available within one to two blocks, and a pay lot is located across the street from the building on Ninth Avenue NE.
